Those are the options today. Reply to all of it yourself, forever, or hand it to something that writes like a support macro and let your followers notice.

The reason you have not automated this is that it might say something stupid.
So Voxa does not answer everything. It answers the easy ones and stops dead on anything that could cost you. These never go out on their own.
- Money, refunds, or delivery
- Complaints, or anything with an edge to it
- A question your FAQ cannot answer
- Comments naming another person
- A language your own replies have never used
- Anything the check is unsure about
They wait for you instead, with the reason it stopped written next to them. And if the answer to a factual question is not in your FAQ, it writes nothing at all rather than inventing a delivery date.
You do not have to trust it. You can watch it first.
Automatic replies start switched off. Voxa still reads everything and marks the ones it would have sent, so you spend a week disagreeing with it before it is allowed to say a word.
Turn it on when it stops being wrong. Every reply you write in the meantime is another example of how you sound.
