Voxa is operated by Victoria Essien. Using it means accepting what is on this page. If you do not, do not sign in.

Access is by invitation. You can ask from the home page, and an account is created the first time an approved address signs in. There is no obligation to approve any request, and no timescale for answering one.

Access can be withdrawn at any time, with or without notice, and most likely without any drama: this is a small tool with running costs, and capacity is limited. If your access is withdrawn you can ask for your data back or deleted before it goes.

By connecting an Instagram account you confirm that you own it, or are authorised to act for whoever does. Voxa reaches Instagram through Zernio, so your use is also subject to Instagram’s own terms, and to Zernio’s.

One Instagram account can be connected to one Voxa sign in at a time. Connecting a different Instagram account requires erasing what is stored for the previous one, because the stored replies are what the drafts are written from.

It reads comments on your posts and prepares draft replies. Replies are sent only when you approve them, or, if you turn automatic replies on, when a draft passes every safety check. Automatic replies start switched off and you can switch them off again at any time.

The safety checks are described in the app and are applied on a best effort basis. They are not a guarantee.

Replies are published under your Instagram account and you remain responsible for them, including replies sent automatically while you had that setting turned on. Drafts are written by a language model and can be wrong. Read anything you would not want published as it stands.

Do not use Voxa to send anything unlawful, abusive or deceptive, to impersonate anyone, or in a way that breaks Instagram’s rules.

The tool is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability or correctness. It depends on Zernio, Instagram, Anthropic, Voyage AI, Neon and Vercel continuing to work, none of which are under this tool’s control. It may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, Voxa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost business, or for the consequences of a reply that was sent, held back or never written.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
